1.- If I can't find a product in my portal, does it mean it's not available?
R: Correct, only products available in your portal are available for ordering in your territory, we may however be able to source a product from a different warehouse so feel free to email order@mextrade.com.au to enquire.
2.- Why is there a $500 minimum for orders.
R: We are a wholesaler, and a such we require a minimum amount of purchase in order to cover all the costs involved with delivering stock to you at wholesale price.
3.- How can I set up a house pour account?
R: Contact your local sales manager (click on contacts) to discuss pricing and availability.
4.-When is my order going to be delivered?
R: Our cut-off for Metro area orders is midday the day before, for orders outside of metro please allow us to get an ETA from the carrier after you place your order, rest assured we get all orders to clients as soon as possible.
