Goals

With our team of portfolio ambassadors, our goal is to continue to introduce great Tequila, Mezcal and other spirits into the Australian market helping raise the bar and awareness for the two categories and the differences between mass produced spirits and small craft distilleries.

Sustainability and Growth

Not only is the Agave selection important for the quality of the spirit but Agaves play a huge role in the ecosystem they support, providing sustenance for hundreds of species of insects, birds and mammals, it also avoid soil erosion allowing for other crops to grow protected, it's a source of fibre for the textile industry and it's stem (quiote) and flowers are cooked to make delicious meals. It's considered to be a magical plant by the people who work with it.

Unfortunately when an Agave is allowed to live a full cycle, flower and reproduce it is not possible to utilize it for Mezcal or Tequila production and with the demand for these two spirits on the constant rise, few producers and brands are willing to "sacrifice" plants, risking the availability and bio-diversity of these amazing plants.

THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT ALL OF OUR BRANDS ARE ADDITIVE FREE AND PRACTICE SUSTAINABLE FARMING, ALLOWING YOU TO ENJOY AN INCREDIBLY HIGH QUALITY SPIRIT, IN WHICH THE TASTE IS DERIVED FROM FARMING QUALITY, MATURE AGAVE AND TAKING THEIR TIME TO TRANSFORM IT INTO A SPIRIT.
